Hello everyone, just wanted to say thanks for all your messages. I’m still unwell of course but I thought I’d try and post. Today I want to share these vitamin tablets from a lovely brand called prowise healthcare. 💛

These vitamin tablets are multi and for iron. Which is great for me as I’m anaemic.

These tablets are to be taken one a day with a meal. I’ve been taking them for over a week and a half now and they do help with my tiredness. I struggle with being fatigue a lot due to low red blood cells. So I have been really enjoying these. Also I’m currently ill and these are also great for me for my immune system.

They are fantastic for general health and the immune system.
